Wie kann ich online bestellen?
Sie wählen die gewünschten Produkte im Shop aus, wählen, ob Sie online oder bei Lieferung (bar) bezahlen möchten, und vereinbaren den gewünschten Liefertermin. Wir liefern Ihre Bestellung innerhalb dieses Zeitfensters. Sie genießen unser leckeres Essen. Alle sind glücklich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nur in Wien und Umgebung ausliefern.

What is hummus?
Hummus is Love
Hummus is a middle eastern dish made of cooked and mashed chickpeas, mixed with Tahina (Sesame paste), lemon and garlic. Hummus is served as a dip, spread or as we do it in Momen in a masterpiece Hummus Bowl with Toppings and sides. Hummus is nutrient healthy and delicious product.
How is hummus made?
Hummus is made mainly of chickpeas, Sesame paste, lemon, salt and garlic.

What is falafel?
Falafel are balls of chickpeas with spices and herbs, deep fried in vegetables oil.
How do I cook Momen falafel?
We deliver the Falafel half fried and frozen, to prepare it for serving you have 3 options:
1- Brush it with little bit of Vegetarian oil and bake in oven or Sandwich toaster at 190° C for 4-5 minutes.
2- Fry it in a pan with Vegetarian oil till it gets the golden color.
3- Warm it up in microwave.

Is Falafel healthy?
Falafel consists of many healthy nutrition such as protein, fibers and sodium, but as it is fried in oil, it makes also a caloric rich meal with about 330 calories per100g and 13g of fat. So, in short, it falls under the healthy diet category, as long as you eat it moderately.
How do I eat falafel?
2 best ways to eat Falafel:
1- Spread some Hummus in the pita, fill it with Falafel balls, add some fresh and pickled vegetables and top it with Tahina.

What are the nutrition facts for your falafel?
100g of Falafel contain 333 calories, 13g fat, of which 2,4g saturated fat, 13g protein and 17g carbs.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Most Momen products are Vegan with few exceptions of optional chicken or beef extras for Toppings, we also offer optional vegetarian options for catering on demand.
Which products are vegan?
All Momen products you order from the online shop are Vegan except the Shawarma and Beef Toppings. But don’t worry, wherever these products are offered you will have the option to exclude them and get vegan only delivery.
Which products are kosher?
We do not have Kosher certificate, but we do not use pork or dairy products.
Are your products halal?
Yes, all products in our online shop are halal and produced in Austria.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Unopened, the products can be kept for up to 4 weeks in a refrigerated state. After opening, we recommend to consume the product in a refrigerated state within 4 days.
Where are the products made and packed?
We produce and pack our products in our production facility in Gerasdorf near Vienna.
Where do the ingredients come from?
The ingredients we can source locally, we do, like the packages, vegetables, herbs and spices. Whatever we can’t find in the local market we go to the best sources. To guarantee the best product quality, we know our suppliers personally, who must meet our high-quality standards.
I don't like my order, can I return it?
Let us know what the problem is exactly and we’ll try our best to make it up for you.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, Minimum order is 20€, free delivery from 30€

Do you keep my personal info?
We keep basic information like your name, address and order details as part of our bookkeeping, we also use these data for our referral discount system
I'm not home when the delivery arrives, what happens then?
Please make sure that someone is at home when you choose your delivery day and time. If something comes up and you will not be able to be home to receive the order, please call as soon as you can so we rearrange another delivery day.
If our deliverer couldn’t reach you, you might be charged for the delivery costs, and possibly for the whole order if we couldn’t deliver to you on the next delivery day.
Do you deliver outside of Vienna?
